■Concerning posting movies / images
Q1-1.I'm unable to view large size images.

If cookies are turned off in your browser settings, images may not be viewable in large size.
Furthermore, your security software may be blocking parts of our site.
Please go to tools in your browser settings and select the internet options, then go to the security tab and check if the security level is set to medium or medium-high, then go to the privacy tab and check if cookies are allowed. Please make sure to also check if your browser or security software allows pop-ups.
Q1-2. I'm unable to view movies.
A1-2.
This may depend on your computer specifications.
When you click the movie's title or thumbnail, Windows Media Player should automatically be opened and start playing the movie.
Depending on the movie file type, specific codecs may need to be installed first. In such a case please follow Windows Media Player's instructions to install the codec.

The movies or images may have been removed by the contributor. In such a case we ask for your understanding.
Q1-4. Are there any kinds of movies / images which I am not allowed to add?

The post of movies or images taken from other sites or protected by copyright law and movies or images which are not allowed according to the laws of the Czech Republic is strictly forbidden.
According to the laws of the Czech Republic uncensored movies are allowed, but movies with minors in them or movies in which persons are abused or treated cruelly are strictly forbidden.
(Examples: fisting, child porn)
Any posts which are considered as breaking these laws by our administrators will be removed without notice, so please be warned.

Q2-1.Even though I fill in my password and user ID, I can't log in.

Please make sure you did not fill in your user ID or password incorrectly.
The user ID and password you filled in during your registration are the user ID and password you need to log in.
Please make sure to fill in the user ID and password correctly, not using spaces. Both are capital sensitive.
You could also try to copy and paste the user ID and password issued to you in the fields on our website.
Q2-2.All of a sudden I can't log in anymore.

For some reason renewal of your membership may have failed. In case you are a posting member, the amount of your recent posts may not have been enough.

■Concerning registering / cancelling
Q3-1.What's the minimum period for using this site?
A3-1.
This depends on the membership type you chose during registration.
From the day you registered this may be either 30 days, 90 days, 180 days or 360 days.
Q3-2.When I press the payment button, an error occurs.
A3-2.
Please make sure you filled in all the required fields. Your user ID and password may only consist of alphabet letters and numbers. Spaces, hyphen (-) and underscores (_) etc. are not accepted. If an error still occurs, please copy the error message and send it to our support team. In rare cases the user name you chose is already in use, in such a case, please reregister using a different user name.

Q3-3.Even though I registered, I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail.

It may take some time before the automatically generated payment confirmation e-mail is sent, so please be patient.
In case the payment was made successfully, you should already be able to log in, even though you haven't received the payment confirmation e-mail yet. Please try to log in.
The confirmation e-mail may have been removed to your e-mail's spam folder, so please make sure to check this.
We kindly ask you to check your inbox and spam folder regularly.
In case you still don't receive your confirmation e-mail after 24 hours, it may be possible that you filled in your e-mail address incorrectly. In such a case, please contact our support team.

Q3-4.I cancelled my membership, do I get a confirmation?

Your membership status will be displayed on your personal page named "My page". If you have cancelled your membership, "Cancelled member" will be displayed on your "My page". In case your membership status has not changed, please contact our support team.

Q3-5.What is the cancellation procedure? When should I do it?
A3-5.
This site uses an automatic membership renewal system, so as long as you do not apply for cancellation of your membership it will be automatically renewed after each term.
If you wish to cancel your membership, please submit us the cancellation request form at least 10 days prior to the next renewal day of your membership account.
With regards to the cancellation of your membership account, please complete the cancellation request form and click the "Send" button.
When your membership cancellation application is accepted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail in your registered e-mail address within 48 hours.
Please note that you may continue using our site until your membership term expires, even if you cancelled your membership at the beginning of the term.

We're sorry to say that it is not possible to change your credit card information during your membership.
We're sorry for the inconvenience, but if you wish to change your credit card information, we kindly request that you cancel and reregister at our site.
Furthermore, you cannot register twice with the same user ID, so please make sure to create a new user ID.

Q4-4.What's the difference between international forwarding and international phone lines and such?

International forwarding means the server is located abroad, which is no different from users accessing a server via the internet in their own country. In the case of international phone lines and such, you will be billed for extra fees for the distance and period of the connection. Please rest assured that our site does not employ such fraudulent practices.
